A PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION

In March of 2011, the City of Santa Barbara and County of Santa Barbara filed a complaint in Santa Barbara County Superior Court seeking an injunction restricting the activities of thirty named defendants within certain zones of the city. Stephen K. Dunkle, partner at Sanger Swysen & Dunkle, agreed to represent three of the named defendants pro bono. While the case is still pending, Mr. Dunkle’s efforts thus far have forced the plaintiffs to revise the complaint to exclude references to the defendants’ alleged juvenile records.
